All elements of the Site and the App — including without limitation the “Dopamine Menu” brand, logos, texts, visuals, illustrations, software architecture, user interfaces and any original content — are the exclusive property of ZEGUILD, or are used by ZEGUILD under a duly granted licence.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or distortion, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited without the express prior authorisation of ZEGUILD.

Such unauthorised use would constitute an infringement punishable under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Dopamine Menu brand is reserved for ZEGUILD. Any reproduction or use of this brand without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

4.1 Outgoing links — The Site may contain links to third-party sites (notably the App Store and Google Play). ZEGUILD has no editorial control over these sites and cannot be held responsible for:

• their content, availability, or legal compliance
• their data collection practices
• any direct or indirect damage resulting from visiting or using them

4.2 Incoming links — Anyone wishing to link to the Site from a third-party site must request permission by email beforehand. ZEGUILD reserves the right to request the removal of any link deemed inappropriate.

Data processing related to the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to us.

The Site only uses local storage strictly necessary for its operation (remembering your chosen language).

Dopamine Menu uses no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking cookies and no marketing profiling cookies.

Use of the App is governed by our Terms of Use. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them without reservation.

In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably.

The Site and its services are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Site, failing amicable resolution, will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
